The newly refurbished cottage has an entrance into a spacious open plan slate floor dining area, leading into a quaint cosy and prettily decorated oak beamed living room with wood burning stove and modern oak kitchen. Another door leads you onto an enclosed patio area - a haven to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun. There is one family bedroom with a prettily tiled bathroom/wc with shower above bath, with a double bed and a single bed. This very cosy cottage is heated with a wood burning stove and efficient electric night storage heaters, has a tiled lounge and bathroom and wood flooring to bedroom. Eco friendly water is sourced from our own borehole.
