Stabal *****
The largest of our cottages – this impressive semi detached 18th century converted stable/granary stands proudly in the grounds and has been converted to retain the original features such as stone walls, beams which include the preserved names of the farm labourers of gone by days. The large stable door takes you into a modern open plan kitchen and granite top work island with a large dining area nearby.
The impressive cosy lounge with a magnificent stone inglenook and oak flooring makes way for a relaxing evening. There is a fully tiled shower room down stairs. An oak stair way takes you up to 4 luxury bedrooms with an abundance of beams in every corner! Pretty bed linen cover the beds – all in keeping with the style of the building. There are two double, 1 twin and 1 single room and family bathroom. One of the double rooms has a small balcony – a perfect way to begin your day – coffee, listen to the birds and watch the world go by! After getting up enjoy breakfast and chill out on the enclosed patio and treasure the morning sunshine – it’s quite a suntrap.
You really won’t want to go home.
